How did you first find out about (Giant Lock Box)? 
Seen a couple ads about boxes coming to the house. Checked website and thought it was the coolest service in the world. Went into Yellow Pages and got in touch with Keith. Talked about everything and what she needed and had box delivered to her house. And she thought it was great to be able to take time loading up and in front of house was great. And she actually just opened up box after 7 months and stuff is perfect. Thinks it’s great!

 First time, checked out other places and Keith was the cheapest and offered same service.
-What problems did you have and how did (Giant Lock Box) solve them?
None at all.. From what can see no problems at this time. Very workable, very nice. Develop customer relationship over time. Would defiantly call again.

Prices, Quality, customer relationship, had no worries, made me feel very secure about putting stuff in there. Nothing bad to say. Everything that Keith explained to me about the service all happened.

“Keith telling me not to worry that everything would be okay because I was a nervous wreck”
There anything (Giant Lock Box) could have done differently to make your experience better?
No idea. Not much to improve in because everything went easy and nicely. Left a message, got a phone call back, needed the box moved, it was moved. In all of her experiences everything was done properly and professionally. Doesn’t know where to look to say where they could improve upon. Now she has both a lock box and a storage unit and actually looking back would of just went with another lock box and this women at the storage unit business is not cooperative, just looking for money. Keith didn’t mention anything about money, no hassling. Just the experience alone I would go over the lockbox, care about the people’s situation. Not sure how her stuff will come out of the storage unit again. Extra money for lockbox is worth it. 
Is there anything that you would like (Giant Lock Box’s) future customers to know if they are considering doing business with them?
Hand them the number immediately and tell them to call. “Tell them not to worry about their furniture”; don’t have to worry about it. Sealed, high quality box. “Not a worry in the world.” A storage unit I would worry more since there are strangers going in and out. “Having it on personal property, you see the box there, you’re in charge of it.” “You don’t know who you are renting next to with a storage unit. You don’t know who is there watching.

Originally started as a Business rental with Giant Lock Box, did a job or two renting their boxes and then eventually purchased.

Ad stated that they could deliver with a truck mounted crane and that was necessary.

Yes, but don’t really remember. Typically delivered with a roll off and they are tougher to place and this crane rig is beautiful and literally put in a difficult location over a iron fence.

Examples- First met them in Sullivan County job and they came to the Bronx NY for a job. Tight area for trucks and had to lift over fences and in every instance they get it done. 
-What was most memorable to you about the service (product)?
In the construction business it’s important when someone does something on time. Never have to make a second call. If he says Tuesday it happens on Tuesday. Accountability!!

Condition of the one box is a little tough to open and close. Be more prepared to level the box on site. Doors get racked and tough to open and close. Shims, blocks on truck can help with that. 
Is there anything that you would like (Giant Lock Box’s) future customers to know if they are considering doing business with them?
First and foremost, is the ability to deliver with the truck mounted crane and logistically that is everything. With work done here in the Bronx we have had other subs that have needed this service. They say “We can’t get something in”. I tell them “ Yes, you can here is GLB’s Number”.

Employees were very informative, getting it there in extremely difficult conditions in the middle of winter and there was a massive thaw 2 years ago. There was a terrible ice storm and were very willing to work with me. I was traveling and there was very tight scheduling. They got there in 20 minutes of when they said they would and were willing with the challenging of getting it up the driveway. Taught her son how to load and inspect load so there was no problem on the road and Keith was great to work with.

Nothing. Spectacular. Had dreadful experiences with other businesses and they have changed her opinion of local businesses.

Knowledgeable, computer literate which is important in this new environment. Efficient. Referred them numerous times already.

Price and convenience of delivering to the house and leaving it there. You can just call if you need to move it in the future. Worth the extra payment because it’s at your luxury and then when the time came to move they came by to move it.
